Amidst all the chaos, don’t forget to take care of yourself. Make time for activities that relax and rejuvenate you. Whether it’s a hobby, exercise, or simply taking a break, self-care can help you regain your strength and clarity.

Plan and Take Small Steps

Start planning your next moves, even if they are small. Set achievable goals and take one step at a time. Each small step will bring you closer to where you want to be and help reduce the feeling of being overwhelmed.


Reflect and Learn

Reflect on your experiences and what you can learn from them. Every challenge is an opportunity for growth. Use this time to understand yourself better and what you truly want from life.
